The practice of BJJ teaches self-defense as a skill while developing self-confidence, motor skills, social skills and building community in a safe, clean spacious location. Our instructors are trained on the ALLIANCE Jiu Jitsu methodology which undertakes a kids specific module, making sure we provide the best class and experience possible to your little one.
